You should contact seller and tell him what is going on and come to an arrangement.
Or you could open a dispute because probably your 60 days to open a dispute is very close.

No movement on your parcel, this does not mean it has not arrive in your country.

1. Your parcel can not be track. It is what it's call China small packet, even in my Country Canada I can not track it.
2. It is the lowest cost to mail a parcel from China to other country.
3. Sometimes I buy also from Aliexpress and always try to find a seller that will ship parcel by China registered mail. Sometimes I have to pay an extra $1.00 t $3.00. It is more secure with registered mail.
4. It does not mean that China small packet is not OK because I did received some in Canada.
