Hello,
We are professional dropshipper and we use many tools for tracking our order.
It's always very difficult to get tracking Nr with China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus at http://intmail.11185.cn/zdxt/yjcx/ The site is only in China language and we try to go at : http://www.shpostwish.com/ in english but information is very slow and 70% of our tracking, we cannot get information.
Here is some tracking Nr from our few last order give to us by our seller (China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus):

I would be very grateful if anyone can help or advise me. I have 3 shipments sent via China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus to India. But have not received anything.

(1) Order placed on 3rd February 2016. Seller shipped via China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Below is the tracking information available on aliexpress.com

1. For tracking numbers, 02662825477 and 02685047360 you should contact seller and tell him the parcel have not arrive in India. One parcel is 99 days and the other one is 95 days. Basically they should have been in India by now.

2. If seller give you a hard time about the above 2 parcels, try to open a dispute since I don't know if you still can open a dispute to get your money back.

3. For parcel number 03065960347, the estimate arrival time for your parcel to India is:
average arrival days: 21 days , longest arrival days: 51 days

4. I would suggest for the last parcel when you will hit 50 days contact seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel and you want your money back.

For tracking number 02685047360, opened the dispute and seller has agreed for refund.

For tracking number 02662825477, the seller has increased purchase protection period and is asking me to wait patiently when ever I query him about the order. I can still open the dispute. However he is indeed giving me hard time and constantly requesting me to wait.

For tracking number 03065960347 I will wait for 50 days as advised.

I also wanted to ask you is there is any chance for shipment shipped by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus to be lost in transit and does it take 4 moths to deliver??

Also how China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus is shipped? By air or by surface delivery.

1. China Post Small Packet Plus parcel are most of the time secure and do get to the recipient (99%). I have personally receive those type of parcel, one came in 2 months the other one came in in 3 months.

2. You need to understand that China Post Small Packet Plus is the last priority for a mail bag to get on board an Aircraft to the destination country. Some country might be faster then other but it's always last priority for the mail bag.

3. Any package can be loss in all World postal system, but after 3 months of waiting period, I guess one can say safely that the parcel is possibly loss.

1. Normally between 1 to 2 months and could go up to 3 month, that would be the maximum. After 3 month consider the parcel lost.
