Post China Post has not received parcel

I have ordered a Leather bag on Ebay.com on Dec6th 2014and seller has shipped it in two days with tracking number RC689890021CN . till today china-post tacking system is showing status as it has not received the item.

Still how many days it will take to update the status and how many moredays it will take to reach its delivery location.
Please update it fastly

RC689890021CN is fake number. open dispute to ebay and claim refund.
