Status of my shipment has not updated since 8-29-2020.
It has been presented to customs, cleared and presented to customs again. The shipment arrived in China from the US on 8-21-2020. Tracking number: CH104177995US
Why has it not yet been delivered? Where is it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CH104177995US shows the parcel is still in Shenzhen customs. Receiver must call china post hotline 11183 to arrange customs declaration and pickup the parcel asap.

Looking at the tracking, it looks like the receiver never picked up the parcel and it is now being returned to me. Did they attempt to pick it up?

I don't think receiver want to pickup the parcel otherwise China Post will not return it to USA.

My package has still not been returned to me after the receiver in China did not make arrangements to pick it up. When will I receive it in the US? There has been no status update since October 21.

return parcel has low priority to be processed. You might need 2 to 3 months to get return.
