Dear Sir, Madam,

Where is the parcel with item number CC039599302NL at this moment? I have sent this parcel on April 9 from the Netherlands to Hongkong but it has not arrived in Hongkong yet. Tracking status on China Post is still 'on route' from China to Hongkong for three weeks.

CC039599302NL should be stuck in some airport in China. As it is transit parcel which has very very low priority, you might need to wait some more weeks.

Do you know at which airport in China the parcel stuck? Why does a transit parcel have very low priority?

China Post does not scan the transit parcel, so you can not know the present location. the transit parcel has low priority is a fact, I don't know reason either.

we don't have stat report about parcel from Netherlands to china.
