I need help with my order, I got a confirmation on it being ready to ship, when I try to check the tracking it says there is no information on my order. Did I get scammed? I seen the rules for asking for package info and now I'm even more concerned. Can anyone tell me if I'm going to get my package or should I report this to my credit card company?

you need write tracking number in your question , otherwise none can help you.

I would appreciate a response, or someone else I can contact about getting my money back

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS219753330CN shows No shipping record. Your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
