Mailed a letter to China from the US (RE281207710US) about a week ago to an incorrect address. Is it possible to intercept the package upon arrival to China post and send it back to the return address in the US?

if the address is not deliverable, it will be returned to USA after 30 to 90 days, otherwise it will be sent to the wrong address.
