Post Can you help tracking my package? SCAM?

Hello,
I purchased a hat on Nov. 27th from Inspire Uplift based on a Facebook ad. I still have not gotten it. I was sent the tracking number below in an email but the tracking never updates or tells me any details about where my package is currently. I am wondering if I was scammed? Can you please help? Thank you.

Your item was mailed in Guangzhou (postal code 510407) on Dec 5:

2017/12/5 18:00	Received by Post Office	  510407

...but it doesn't show any sign of ever having left China. So, it looks like the post office is at fault, not your seller.

You should contact your seller and see if they can send a replacement. If that doesn't work out, then open a dispute and claim a refund for non-arrival.
