your seller did not print correct address in the parcel. usps.com shows RV906124440CN was returned to the sender on May 28, 2019 at 11:06 am in NEW YORK, NY 10036 because of an incomplete address.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for refund.

Can you tell me if the returned shipment reached back the sender. If I have a proof of this I could request the sender to ship it to the right address.

the parcel was returned by USPS on May 28. You can not know the return delivery status(China Post normally does not scan return parcel). Normally return will take 30 days to reach shipper.
