Dear Admin,

We had two package delivered from Indonesia to China, below is the waybill:
EE184601755ID
EE184604584ID

It's almost a month but the package not yet arrived.
According to recipient, the mobile number of recipient stated on the package was wrong so the package will not arrive.
Please advise , can we change the mobile number by telex or something?
Could you please check the status of the package?
Any of your valuable reply is much appreciated.

Why does the mobile number matter if the address is correct? And no, you cant change any details after the package has been accepted for shipment. Just tell your recipient to contact chinapost and quote the tracking numbers.

May be too late. Seems like both items are in the process of being returned already.

Yes, according to recipient the mobile number was matter. In fact, we also state home telephone number on the address. And the address is correct.
Do you have any detail why both item being returned? Why china post can not find the location based on address?
