Hello I need to know what the Info mean for my package tracking #RI904761727CN do I need to open a case with seller or not this havnt updated since the 24th of March

I suspect your parcel has a security or custom problem.
This tracking is showing that:2016-03-17 16:56:23.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-19 16:24:55.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-03-20 11:08:25.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-20 14:17:29.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Because after that, the parcel is in Guangzhou Transit Station.
You should contact seller to tell him the situation, he might be able to call China Post to ask them what is wrong with the parcel.
From there on you can decide with the seller what to do.
