I was told there was some issue before. Now the seller is saying its resolved and on the way. Can anyone please confirm as i am not able to understand.

RP863714495CN was rejected by airport safety check point for many times. your parcel seems to have something with safety problem.

I suggest you open dispute to claim refund.
