http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS385349129CN shows the parcel was handed over to airlines on Jul.19, it is still waiting for the airlines space. Beacause of the Corounavirus epidemic, the parcel should wait a long time for getting the airlines space, suggest you wait patiently.

I returned some items to a seller in Zhangou and the parcel arrived on August 6 and has the same status til today "being processed by Customs." PLEASE HELP ME AND DELIVER THIS PARCEL SO I CAN GET MY REFUND! THANKS!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CH102393736US shows the parcel arrived guangzhou customs on Aug 7. Receiver need call china post hotline 11185 and make customs declaration and pickup the parcel.

If this is a paypal payment, you can call paypal to claim refund now.
