Heii,

I've read a couple forum posts and since I fell for a dropshipping scam, I wanted to ask:

1. How long does customs take in China?

2. I didn't put the phone number of the receipent outside of the box, but inside on the CN23 declaration. Is this a problem or will the customs open the box and check for the included papers?

The tracking number is: CY286481015DE
I desperately need an estimated time so I know when to contact PayPal and open a dispute on this.

CY286481015DE just arrived in Hangzhou. It will be in customs clearance stage soon.

shipper need to print the receiver's mobile phone number in the shipping address so that China Post can read the phone number and send customs clearance code through text message to receiver. China Post won't open the parcel to search the phone number.

Are you shipper or receiver? It seems you are shipper and trying to return sth to seller right? I guess the seller shipped some junk to you to cheat your money. If this is your case, you need to open dispute to paypal immediately.
