Hi i ordered some shoes about a month ago, and it seems like package has not moved since 3/19/16
This is the tracking number RH233713305CN.

2016-03-17 19:59:44.0 Guangzhou Int'l Parcel Center received
2016-03-17 19:59:51.0 Guangzhou Int'l Parcel Center customs scan
2016-03-17 22:42:33.0 leaving Guangzhou Int'l Parcel Center ，next station 广商大宗
2016-03-18 19:17:38.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-19 04:13:56.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-03-19 19:50:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-03-19 21:34:11.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

Anybody know or ever had any success with contacting China post about lost package. Please i would love to find out if there any chances I will ever receive the my item

1. After tracking on 3 different sites, I have the same result as you.
2. It seems to me that both of us, Canadian and USA have the same problem with parcels.
3. In Canada Vancouver the delay is cause by Customs and there is a 6 weeks delay so far that we can see.
4. I suspect strongly that in USA it might be the same thing.
5. Plus the fact that in both country, we can not track the registered mail coming from China.
6. I suspect your parcel is in USA West Coast at USA Customs.
