Hi, I ordered an item from the Amazon Marketplace on April 28th and paid extra for quicker shipment. It said that my item will be delivered between May 2-5 and hasn’t arrived yet and the carrier would be UPS. My tracking number is LW211988719CN. I hope this is not a fake number. Please let me know where the parcel is and when it will arrive. Thanks

LW211988719CN is not UPS. it is china post ePacket(china to USA by China Post EMS, then by USPS 1st class mail). China Post website and USPS website both shows the parcel LW211988719CN is invalid. this means your seller did not ship the goods yet. You should ask seller ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track it in next 3 days, you will open dispute to Amazon against fraud shipment.

LW number normally is shipped to USA not canada. I believe your seller gave you fake number.
