Post Airline departure 45 days?

Tracking CP366298818CN

Last update was 2/8/2019 when it departed China to USA. Just wondering if this is a normal amount of time, if it's in customs, lost, or what. Aliexpress seller agreed to extend purchase protection 30 days, but I do need the item sometime eventually.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive USA in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
