My order has been stuck for 2 weeks with the same status. Is there any way to receive my package?

LO856168468CN arrived Germany Post system on Mar 14. Germany Post(DHL packet) need to make proper delivery based on the address printed on the parcel. But your shipper seems to have made mistake and printed wrong address in the parcel.

You need contact Germany Post to pickup your parcel or open dispute to seller for refund.
