Hello Admin,

I did my best to pinpoint the location of my parcel everywhere (Seller, various tracking services, local post operator) to no avail. I know, that you're in the midst of a holiday season, but please, can you help me out with:

EA317386621CN

I am familiar (and rather happy) with EMS, but this one takes unusual long time to reach my country. And it contains rather fragile custom made carbon fibre parts, which makes me slightly apprehensive...

One could only hope it's on the slow-boat. Hope mine's not far behind, same status as yours. Considering the dates we ordered, our packages should surely be on the way, ordered long enough before the holidays. Hope the best for you. :)

@schwartzhenryj Oh, man... I placed the order on Sept 6th. There was a two week long lead time. Then there was the Economic Forum and massive disruptions to logistics.
Mercifully though they manufactured items, send me photos of these and dispatched the parcel.

The Seller is a nice and polite chap but even he doesn't give a pig ass about the fate of my parcel at the moment, because China Post offices are closed and there is nobody to help till Monday (at least).

I used to think that Chinese people work their asses off, but it appears that they have more bank holidays than Poland.

I hope, that @chinapostvolunteer would have mercy on me and post a meaningful update.

@chinapostvolunteer please, please respond.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 21 and left for Warsaw . Normally parcel should arrive Poland in 2 weeks. But consider too many parcels left China just before China National holiday, your parcel might have some airline space shortage and delay. You might need wait another 2 weeks to get the goods.

@chinapostvolunteer you've just confirmed my fears. Well, the buyer protection for the item would expire before the end of the extra two week period. So I need to open dispute soon. Oh well... This sucks. Not exactly was I was hoping for.

Cannot believe that the entire country can grind to a halt for a week and nobody turns up at work in crucial services like international mail export/sorting/reception, for example. It is completely mind-boggling to me. Really can't wrap my mind around this, especially that China is probably single most important economy in the world these days. How do you do that?!

Update: My parcel was indeed dispatched on Sept 21, 2017 as China Post tracking stated. It was Lufthansa Cargo who screwed big time. The package went from CAN to FRA (with a multitude of intermediate stops) and FRA to WAW directly (on board of a regular passenger flight). Lufthansa and their partners were unusually slow to process consignment. My parcel landed in Warsaw on Saturday, went through security check and left Warsaw on Sunday (today) en route to Regional Sorting Office for Customs Clearance and final delivery. I just hope it is in good shape though.
