Post About two packages which have not been delivered since months

I can not get any update about my two packages with the tracking no.s: RP197459483CN and LM644319854CN since months and the status is pending the same.

The packages have not been entered to Turkey and I have not received my parcels yet.

I would really appreciate if you can inform me about my packages .

LM644319854CN was shipped to USA by mistake. You need open dispute for refund.

RP197459483CN was shipped in Feb, it should be lost if you have not got it. Open dispute to seller for refund.

Thank you for your reply. LM644319854CN seems to sent from USA to Turkey. In your opinion do I have the chance to receive it?

Hello again, I can not be sure whether my packages are on their way to Turkey? Because the tracking says that both of the packages held to airline and departured to Turkey. Are they lost or will I have the chance to receive them?
