Post About China Post Package which was sent to India.

I sent a parcel from China to India in the month of April date 6 2018 it Still hasnt reached India & the person from whom I sent the parcel is saying that the parcel is lost in Guangzhou. But When I checked online it was showing that the parcel has already been cleared from the Guangzhou customs So How Can They say that it has been lost. Kindly help me. The tracking number is CP240921590CN .

CP240921590CN is surface parcel which might take up to half year to reach India. You need wait some more time.
