hi

i purchased back in april the following ebay product from china;
sony xperia plau phone

the company claims they offer 1 year warrenty and if u have issues with your phone u can send it back to be replaced
or refunded...

My phone died after 2months so i sent the phone from australia back to china
with following tracking number

lk942425425au

item has shown from china post 25 unsuccessfull delivery attempts.

Ebay seller claims he has no tracking information from china post .. So i got super desperate and had some chinese friends call him....

Now from ebay seller i have received emails stating if people ring his company on my behalf he will call the police.. How outrageous

i belive this seller steals peoples phones and refurbishes them to resell..

As he claims my package has gone back to australia .. What a liar

Australia Post generally charge 10-15 AUS$ to ship a package back to HK.

2. You could ask you bank if they can help you, because you said that you did the payment in Inter Bank Transfer.

The worst business of my life from alibaba. It seem my 5000usd is entrying voicemail and nobody care to know. I made this payment on 8/8/16. Forbser digital company manager. Catherine wales is the marketing manager. Will be happy my situation touch somebody for my rescue

Please pple should be mindful of catherine wale in forbser digital company she is a fraudster. Admin you can confirm from their website.
