I ordered a Team Mystic sweatshirt for $39.99 US dollars
That was July 9th....
What happened?
Is there a way to get a refund?

LW579566589CN is fake number. You might be scammed. If you paid with paypal/amazon/aliexpress, you should open dispute to get refund.
