hi my parcel has not had any updated tracking info since august 3rd. i paid for expedited shipping so it should of been here in 5-8 days. I'm still waiting and urgently need my daughter's special occasion dress!! can you help

3. Technically E Packet should be deliver within 6 to 12 working days. Your parcel is on the road since 15 working days. Something is not normal about your parcel. I have notice also that you ask Australia Post this: Customer Enquiry lodged.

4. Unfortunately I can not help anymore about your parcel, it should have arrive in Australia a long time ago. I suspect you have contacted the seller to tell him the situation about your parcel.
