Hi i am looking to find out where my package is

The package was dispatched to your company on 17 september 2014

It still states recieved by china post and no further activity

When will it be dispatched to finally arrive in australia

I purchased 1 necklace, 1 anklet, 1 dress ad 1 top

that is what should be inside the package.

When will this problem be resolved?

it never left Shenzhen office. I believe it is lost. Open dispute and claim refund asap.

Hi,

That´s happened to be my problem too. My parcel RK007481182CN has been on Security Scan since 20141011 1608. That is 5 days. My parcel contains a pair of high heel boots. How dangerous can it be? Is that normal pratice?, and when it be released for tranfer to Sweden?

Security Scan processing time might take one or two weeks. you need some patient

login to paypal or aliexpress or ebay where made payment and open dispute there.

Thanks for the help

But it seems strange i should open a dispute with the company or paypal considering it never the left the "Shenzhen office"

I wonder if my dispute should not be with ChinaPost as the initial position was that the package has been in ChinaPost possession unable to be cleared by security, and now the package has been lost.
