Hello

I ordered an item from Aliexpress 9 weeks ago. however the tracking information is not available, only know that the item as mailed since 11/04/2017. Please help me My ePacket tracking number is RS575353138CN

Your item was never shipped. The seller lied to u cos he just applied for a tracking code online but never attached it to a parcel or sent it to the post office. Unfortunately, aliexpress automatically release your money to the seller after 60 days. U could still try to claim a refund. But u may also never get it since its past 60 days. Hopefully this will be a painful lesson for u to remember.

LW483176508CN just left shanghai for Chicago. you need wait about 2 to 4 weeks to get it in USA.

LM439766624CN left China on Jun 9. normally epacket should arrive Canada in 2 weeks. I suggest wait one more week, if parcel does not arrive by July 4th,you should open dispute .

Your parcel arrived Malaysia 10 days ago. It is in Malaysia Post office (Pos Laju Shah Alam) . you need go to that post office and pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to China.
