I have a good experience in successfull bying dozens of orders on Aliexpress.
And I have positive experience in disputing too (movey for lost shipment were refunded completely in 2 days after communicating with good seller).

But there is bad experience too.

I've made an Order NO: 61647772336383 (Dispute Case NO:4000412710)
on Apr. 03 2014
20 adapters from: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Hot-Sale-2013-Lowest-Price-Latest-Version-V2-1-Super-mini-elm-327-Bluetooth-OBDii-OBD2/1349783348.html
Seller gave me a fake tracking number, which has never been traceable (RT208851242HK)
For two month I asked seller to check if tracking number is correct or if the parcel was lost. Seller just extended Purchase protection time, assuring me that he has sent my parcel and I will get it.
He said: "But I promise u,if u don't receive the package, we will full refund u."
His words turned out to cost nothing.

When all reasonable term has passed I opened a dispite, declined by seller.
Then I escalated it.

Dispute hangs in "processing" state from May 29 till now (18 days).
Who can say, how long should I wait and what can I expect?

You should leave a negative feedback on seller, and report to aliexpress directly to solve the problem.

Is opened and escalated dispute enough?
Or there is any other way to appeal Aliexpress?

Aliexpress dispute manager wrote to me: "The tracking number shows the goods are in transit"
This looks like lies because it is 85 days since I was given a tracking number (RT208851242HK).
NO order received and NO tracking info available.

Which else evidence should I provide to Aliexpress and how can I protect my rights?
