CC184121136SE is not from china post. It is Sweden Post parcel. Sweden Post shows it was shipped in August. If you have not got this parcel, it should be lost.

You need file an investigation with Sweden Post and see if they can find the parcel for you. If they can not find the parcel, ask for compensation for lost parcel.
