Hi China Post, USPS first class Mail can NOT be tracked in China, you can not even know if it has arrived China or not.

I choose USPS first class mail and I just know it can NOT be tracked so UH006736460US is not my track number.
And it shows my item departed facility in San Francisco international center on July 19 th and its currently in transit to the destination Beijing China. It's already two weeks and my parents still haven't got item yet. So is there any way to know if it has arrived Beijing China or not?? I left Beijing address and cellphone number in Chinese on the item but I can't find it and could you please help me find it in China post?thanks ! Is there any way I can get refund back??
