Hi! I recently bought a flower nail set at aliexpress with a seller that has quite a rating but as this is not the first time I have purchased items from aliexpress, the tracking number given to me by this seller seems dubious and fake.

Can you please help me check if this is even valid? When I tried to check this number, my computer detected it as a malicious website. What bothers me was the number has no CN or RG and the seller said it was a new shipping method but I really doubt this is true.

The tracking number is 741133756813. And it is supposed to be a free shipping, so I am very positive it is not DHL or any other express couriers involved.

The seller is from Yan Electronics Store by the name of Keiv Keiv. The tracking website he gave me is http://www.17***.com. I can log in but every time it says malicious website. Plus, it has been 8 days already and I couldn't find any legit tracking info on real website like this and even http://www.17***.net. I have opened a dispute because of this as I find it very disturbing. Can you please help me check if this is real or a scam?
