I had ordered a phone case from Amazon as a Christmas gift, and placed the order on December 8th. It was expected to arrive from December 15th - December 20th by 8 pm. However, I have not received the package, and decided to check the tracking status. It was being sent through China Post, and the tracking number CX006027514CN does not seem to work. I ordered from the seller BROWON, and I'm beginning to think the purchase is bogus. Any help?

1. The tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to be register into the China Post system.

2. If you have that tracking number for more then 10 days, then you should contact seller and tell him you can not track your parcel.

Hello!
Just checking back in with you to see if EMS is back up and running and I can get an update on my package(LT478806872CN). Please let me know if it's lost or misplaced so I can contact the seller for a refund or if it's on the way and you could possibly be able to tell me when it will be delivered!! Thank you for your help!!! Last activity posted was on nov 29 stating processed through facility Shanghai EMS China.

now is rush season, it is more likely that the parcel is delayed than lost. If your buyer protection is expiring, you can ask seller extend the protection. if buyer refuse to do so, open dispute and claim refund.

1. Last tracking for your parcel on the EMS site is this:

2016-11-29 00: 00: 00.0 02:11:57 Shanghai to leave the processing center, sent to USLAXF = ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS)

2. So now it's up to USPS to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
