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

OK, but their status has been the same ("ON ROUTE" or "POSTED") since the end of July... Why is it taking too much time for their delivering? Are these parcels lost?

ps: Instead of RI542491012CN, which refers to a delivered parcel, the correct tracking number should be RI540942200CN (I mean, the last one of the list I gave).

RI540942200CN has left china on july 30. if you do not get it, it is very likely to be lost. open dispute asap.

Please help me to check RN215924489CN why my package still in Guangzhou on 3 July 2015, till now still have not release to Singapore Post Office? It's 92days already.
My Singpost say they never receive.

Normally shipping from Guangzhou to Singapore will take only 2 to 3 weeks. This parcel is very very likely to be lost.
