2. Since I can not find any tracking of the parcel on the Malaysia Post site. I suspect the parcel never departed from China.

3. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible and ask him to verify with China Post EMS Hot Line: 11183 to find out what is going on with your parcel.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it may take up to 10 days for a parcel to get register into the China Post system.

2. If you have that tracking number for more then 10 days, then you have 2 choices, either contact seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel or open a dispute.
