Post Tracking ID real or Fake?

I order a watch from a seller on AliExpress. It was exactly 7 days ago when he provided me with a tracking number RN602657989CN. To date, I am unable to track the item. I have tried contacting him. Despite being online, he has not replied to a single message. Before the shipping number was provided, he replied promptly. I left messages on the order as well. Should I wait three days more? I will be thankful if anyone can confirm.

you can track in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. if the parcel is really shipped, it will have location and status information within 48 hours. otherwise it will show china post has not received the parcel.

I tracked on every other website but it returns the same message.

if no result, then it means your seller did not ship you goods.
