Hi, my package RO607902964CN seems to be stuck at "export security scan" in Beijing since Jan 11. Could chinapostvolounteer please advise? Is it too early to open dispute. Any help appreciated.

ESS status stuck for 2 to 4 weeks is quite common, it does not mean the parcel has problem. if your protection deadline is not coming soon, no need open dispute at this time.
