The item was shipped on 10/18/2014 but still no updates.. can yoy please let me know where is the item and why there is so much delay in reaching India from Beijing

the parcel is in Kolkata customs. normally it will take about 2 to 8 weeks to complete customs clearance there. you need some patient.
