They said that Items will be sent through China Post. Now it has been almost 2 weeks that there is no sign of items. Now the above website is also not there and the female who was on skype has also removed me. Items have still not arrived and I don’t know what this package contains.
I need to take action on this, can you please guide me how can I file a case or lodge a complaint against them.

cell phone is not allowed by airline. If it is detected by safety officer, it will be rejected and you can never receive the goods. You use T/T payment which is very very dangerous. If the parcel was rejected, you can not get your money back.

It is much more safer to buy from big market place such as ebay,aliepxress, amazon etc instead of buying from small private website or person which has no reputation and buyer protection policy.

HELP!!! I ordered 3 items on ebay October 6 and I still havent received item. It's been in "Orgin post is preparing shipment" since October 8th. Here are the tracking numbers: Lk215533430cn, Lk214850626cn, Lk214183984cn. Are they ever going to come?? I was told that the item is having trouble catching flight. What does that mean?

those parcel might be lost. open dispute to ebay asap.

if paid by bank transfer, you can not open dispute. you money has been rubbed by cheaters.

You should buy goods from big market place such as ebay,aliexpress etc. never buy from those small website which has no reputation, never ever pay by bank transfer, western union .
