Hi
My parcel RC543988801CN is stuck at "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE since 7th july.
I have made few calls to India Post office and every time they say it has not been received yet .

please help me dear.

edi received means the parcel has not arrived india yet. you should wait another 3 to 6 weeksto get the goods after edi received date

ok sir,
but if the parcel will not reached at me after 6 weeks then what should i do?
i know i will never found this parcel because all customer are facing same problem here.

you can open dispute to seller.

i paid money through credit card please say how can i open dispute???

normally it is very difficult to open dispute if you don't use paypal/alipay/amazon to make payment.

now the only way for you is to file a charge back to your credit card company. i am not sure if it works, but it deserves a try.
