Sr. China Post.

Desde el 27/11/2013 espero la llegada de mi compra. Hoy 03/01/2014 no ha llegado a chile. En correo de chile no hay registro.

Intente comunicarme con vendedor, pero no responde correos (wu peng).

la pagina de seguimiento de correo en china indica:

Número de correo Años Situación actual La posición actual País el correo de destino Correo fecha de estado actual

Quiero saber en donde esta mi compra.

el problema es que ya no puedo abrir controversia. el tiempo expiró. El vendedor no responde. La unica altiva que tengo es que correo de china indique el seguimiento de la compra.

the parcel was sent to airline on Nov 27. Normally you should have received it now. if not, it might be lost or seriously delayed in somewhere outside china. We suggest you to open a dispute asap. check following post:

o tambien que aliexpress tenga un centro de atencion no remoto y que de una solucion valida. hasta el momento solo hable con un robot que me dijo " espere, nosotros le enviaremos un correo a usted"!!

Si lo compraste por pay pal puedes pedir un rembolso pero nada mas tienes 45 dias para hacerlo. S se pasa ese tiempo ya no lo podras hacer. Mandale mas correos al vendedor hasta que conteste o comunicate por medio del chat con China Postal yo lo hize y la verdad no sirvio pero tal ve tu si tengas suerte.

why haven´t the tracking websites updated their information ??

Mr. China Post i never received my order, this is the number tracking RJ196247791CN i always sent a message to the seller who sell me the product to help with this problem but this seller never respond and didn't give me a answer and i dont what to do , this order i always checked in china post and the order is in the same place since 2014 09 and thanks i hope your answear

RJ196247791CN should be lost. open dispute to aliexpress/paypal and claim refund asap.

Mandale mas correos al vendedor hasta que conteste o comunicate por medio del chat con China Postal yo lo hize y la verdad no sirvio pero tal ve tu si tengas suerte.
