RB946188766CN was given to airline in Beijing on Nov 22. Please wait one more week and see what will happen. If still no change by that time, then it might be returned to shipper. You should file non-receipt dispute to protect your money, check following post:

I Know, that is since Nov 22. in Bejing to departure. I only want to know, when comes this to my hometown Vienna / Austria. I paid for it, and it is a present for christmas.

RB946188766CN was sent to airline on Nov 22. Normally you should get it within 2 to 4 weeks. If you can not get it by Dec 20. You should file a non-dispute to protect your money. check following post:
