Hello,
Is there any problem going on with aliexpress.com or the china post airmail because I have two parcel both are coming from different logistic. One is from aliexpress standard shipping and hongkong post airmail. The parcel with tracking number '25001471125G is showing same status"in transit(shipped by air)" for the last 2 weeks and the another parcel with tracking number 'rc303523185hk' is not trackable since 17th october. Both the sellers are fooling me and I guess many people are complaining that they are recieving wrong tracking number or there is no tracking update since a long time.Kindly let us know what's going on is there any problem?

for rc303523185hk, you can wait one more week and track again in Hong Kong Post website, if you still did not get anything then, you should open dispute to aliexpress.

For Aliexpress/Cainiao shipping (25001471125G), a lot of people seem to be in the same situation right now. I don't have enough experience with them to know whether or not the item should be getting additional updates, how long it will take, etc. =/

Hi my order left from pass 10days ago, I have no information where is it now ??
China →Saudi Arabia RJ620494712CN
Guangzhou → Saudi Arabia China Post
Left the postal service of China, Guangzhou

Basically the answer is always the same: continue waiting, and if the end of your buyer protection is getting close, open a dispute to Aliexpress.

Your item left China on 13 Oct. While it is in transit from China to Saudi Arabia, nobody can scan it to update its status; it won't be updated again until it arrives in Saudi Arabia.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Shipping to Saudi Arabia seems very very slow lately; it might take another 6-8 weeks to get the goods.

hi, i would like to seek help if you could find my item Tracking No: RM806105227CN.
The item was declared shipped out last October 5.
The seller from ali express replied to go to post office to check but never get back to me.

RM806105227CN is fake number. Open dispute to aliexpress asap.
