Hello,

I received 4 suspicious packages with contents that I never bought: keychains and bracelets. Now it's impossible for me to figure out ebay seller's id, because I'm buying a lot of products.

Seller's postal customer number - 208403

Tracking numbers:
RH063396163CN
RH063397075CN
RH063397084CN
RH063397022CN

I have video and photo proofs.

you can login to your ebay account and lookup seller by checking each tracking number in purchase history. if you can not find seller id, you can not get refund.

Many sellers on Ebay just don't show tracking number to their buyers even if it exists, this seller did the same.
I reported also to Paypal, we'll see... I'm afraid of possible claim about received packages after I get refund for "non received".

ebay requires every seller to upload tracking information in order to get high seller rating and exposure. If he did not give tracking number to ebay, he should be responsible for the loss of of innocent dispute.
