Hello,

I purchased an item on Aliexpress on 19th December, 2014. I was given RC171624863CN as the tracking number. However, it never showed the location of my parcel on China Post tracking page. I asked the seller this January about it and he said the item got lost, that is why it does not show the item location. He offered to sent a new item. He gave me RL069209116CN as the new tracking number. However, after close to 10 days, it also does not show the location of the item. Therefore, I would like to ask, is RL069209116CN as real tracking number or is this seller trying to con me?

I would really appreciate your help.

if http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows "China Post has not received parcel", it should be fake number. open dispute asap.
