Post Packages stuck in Export custom scan

Can anyone from Chinapost help me with the current status of 2 of my packages?
today being 21/11/14.

RH083686712CN

Please they seem to be stuck without movement at Export Customs Scan, both are supposed to be destined for the US.

ECS status stuck within 4 weeks are normal. you need patient. Make sure there is no BATTERY item inside.
