Post Package information wont update--Been waiting over a month?

On March 9th I was sent a confirmation about my package (order number R1703071623542365) being shipped. The reference number I was given was BJ14890519825743. This doesn't exist anywhere I've tried to check.

Should I call my bank and ask them to remove the charge since it seems as though I am never going to get my package?
