Help!! I ordered from website that seemed reputable but they keep saying my order has been shipped and delivered even though on this tracking site it says no shipment record!!! Ive asked for refund but they say its already on its way to me. Where is my package?? :( :(

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LS236303508CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

Thank you for your response! When i checked this morning in the shipping record, something came up. Can you tell me where it is and how much longer will it take?

LS236303508CN finally shipped by seller on Feb 19.

Normally such ePacket will arrives USA in 2 to 4 weeks. Once USPS gets this parcel from customs, usps.com will show its local location in USA.
