I ordered two items from aliexpress.com on 28th october 2014 with order number 64332504197560 and with tracking number RJ254626337CN & RJ049991031CN and have not received any updates on them since November, to whom do I complaint and how ?

If you can not get it 60 days after payment, you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.
