Hello , i booked some product from china and they send it through china post but after 28 june same status is reapeting and no new update what may be the issue is it lost.what time generaly china post take to deliver product in india.

Hello i get tracking no. from my shipper is RK217436634CN for my goods consignment but since 28/06/2015 this get no. update on china post website ...What may be the issue ..please suggest..??

RK217436634CN should have some problem in Nanjing. wait one more week and track again. if still same result, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

It is still not updated may be it is lost where i have to raise dispute for lost parcel..PLease Help..
