RK119975713CN tracking number is my product but i search in this website it says Export Customs Scan for 2014.11.15 . however i bought 2014.11.09 and today is 2014.12.10 . the firm is not help to me . please you help to me .

now is rush season, processing is slow. you need some patient. make sure there is no battery inside.
