Post Make online business safe by exposing cheaters

Many people buy products from China online because most of Chinese seller can provide very competitive price and reasonable quality.

However, international online shopping does not always brings buyer happy experience. There are always some bad sellers in China who are keep playing games with honest buyers.

Their cheating activities including:
Selling Fake products.
Never ship products after getting payment.
Downgrade shipping service with expensive shipping fee.
Provide fake tracking number to cheat buyer.
......

If you have experienced such cheating activities, please report those bad buyers' detail here and protect other people from fraud. The post should have much detail as possible such as market place name(ebay,aliexpress,dhgate,amazon etc), shopping website url (www.xxxshop.com etc), seller id/shop name, product and shipping detail.

Let's work together and make the Internet a safe shopping place.

in nigeria and chaina almost 80% sellers are not good. i suggest that if you want to purchase from these countries please must check the export lisence before paying them..

help me:
please tell me when the parcel reaches in the destination country through china post then how will we collect it.. what is required to collect it. tracking number is enough to get it or some more information is required to collect it..pls tell i'm waiting

Yes, There are many cheaters in China,maybe Nigeria as well. However, if you buy from good China sellers in big shopping website such as ebay, aliexpress,amazon etc, you can be protected very well.

The most important point is: BEFORE you place order, you should check the seller's rating in the website:

in ebay, goods sellers have high feedback value and normally are ranked as TOP-RATED-SELLERS.
in Aliexpress, good sellers always have many diamonds besides their shop logo.

If you buy from these good sellers, you can easily get refund for quality problem, non-receipt of goods and other customer service issue.

2weeks ago i purchase a smart phone SAMSUNG galaxy s4 from http://www.halfee.com from china and sent them payment today when i received my pakege i really shocked to see that its just USB not a smart phone...

please tell have any authority in china by whom we claim our money..because the seller is not repling now..
please tell me friends now how can i claim my money online?

help me:

I believe you should contact paypal or your credit card company for fraud claim. They should be able to get the money back for you.

I had weeks of dealings with Kelly.Hu from http://www.hk-zhihan.com/
the site has disappeared and so has my money. Even the Skype address has stopped being used. kelly.hu-zhihan.

Steer clear of this mob!

does anybody know if minitake is a good company?
i have made an order 50 days now from 13/10/2013 and until today i havent receive my parcel and they dont answer me to my messages
I think that MINITAKE.COM are scammers

I ordered a smartphone from TinyDeal.com over 3 months ago. Still waiting the parcel. I couldn't pay with Paypal, even that I did exactly what I should to use it. I contact the seller, but he refuse to return my money and says to be patient and wait for my parcel. The admin of this forum says that the parcel should be returned to the shipper. I don't know what to do any more, but be careful with this seller and do not bye from TinyDeal.com!

Clever bloke: Why does Aliexpress and Alibaba throw sellers after us, and then there is no rating that accompanies the "offers". Hold your horses and learn to shut up when you are the villain! You introduce the un-serious seller, and removes all hinders such as their rating. Make a system where all initial response can go through Alibaba, with rating - and then you can be the clever guy. Just now, the site spreads scam like silly.
